Rustic-door handles are in rosewood tree, oak tree, ash and black wood, which is put together with rosettes in oxidized iron, polished brass, black lacquered metal or matt nickel plated brass.
The door handles are suitable for both new and old doors. The only thing you should be aware of is whether your doors are older and often slightly thinner (about 35 mm), or whether it is new suppliers, which are often slightly thicker (about 40 mm).
